We offer a turbo rebuild and conversion service for the Saab 900’s stock Mitsubishi TE05-12B turbo, replacing all internal components within the CHRA and upgrading the compressor wheel to a 16G.
This is the most effective way to enhance mid-to-top-end power while maintaining a responsive spool time. Because the turbine housing and the CHRA are remain the same. So no more exhaust piping, water lines and oil lines are needed to be modified.
In order to further boost the air flow, we replace the compressor housing with 3 inch inlet and anti-surge featured housing. So the stock rebber elbow inlet pipe need to be replace with a 45 degree 60 to 76mm silicone pipe, and the blow-off valve may hence to be relocated. Or alternatively, replace the entire air intake system to 3 inch.
Also can be a upgrade for the pre -89 cars equiped with Garrett TB03 turbo.

Adjustable Actuator openning boost : 0.5bar, 0.8bar, 1.0bar and 1.2bar spring are provided
