Description
Turbocharger rebuild and conversion service for Saab 900 stock Mitsubishi TE05-12b turbo converting to TE05-16G.
Using the original turbocharger to modify the compressor housing and wheel to 16G is the most effective turbo upgrade option for all c900 with 16v engine. Because the turbine housing and core are remain the stock, so you don’t need to do any exhaust piping works as well as water and oil cooling lines. However, you can still obtain roughly 30% extra mid. to top end power in same boost level without sacrificing quick response too much.
Compressor inlet size and adjustable actuator openning boost for options
compressor housing inlet diameter : 62mm (same as stock size), or 76mm (3 inch)
compressor houeing outlet diameter : 52mm (same as stock)
Adjustable Actuator openning boost : 0.5bar, 0.8bar, 1.0bar, 1.2bar
