We offer a turbo rebuild and conversion service for the Saab 900’s stock Mitsubishi TE05-12B turbo, replacing all internal components within the CHRA and upgrading the compressor wheel to a 16G.

This is the most effective way to enhance mid-to-top-end power while maintaining a responsive spool time. By retaining the stock turbine housing, CHRA, and compressor housing, we minimize modifications while maximizing performance.

To accommodate the 16G compressor wheel, we CNC-machine the compressor housing, ensuring a precise fit. This approach eliminates the need for extensive modifications to the exhaust system, intake piping, water lines, and oil lines, making installation seamless and cost-effective.
