CPS mounting kit for T5 conversion

Description

This Crank Position Sensor (CPS) mounting kit is design for c900 convert to Trionic 5.5(T5) system, especially for the automatic cars equipped with A/C system.

This set up does not need a modified flywheel, but allowing you to keep your A/C system. It aims to provide the most cost-efficient and fast way to the DIY users, because the entire installation process can be down on car and without lifting the car. What you only need to do is releasing the alternator belt and then detach the A/C compressor, put it around (don’t need to be discharged). As long as the A/C pulley is accessible, you can finish the whole process.

This kit consist of

• a custom-made 7075 aluminium alloy A/C pulley for replacement
• a 3.7mm thickness of steel trigger wheel( reluctor wheel)
• a sluminium CPS bracket
• a brand new CPS (aftermarket)
• The sims for adjust the gap between the CPS and the trigger wheel (just in case you need)
• the bolts
• a air bag with hand pump, which helps you to hold the A/C pulley as well as the trigger wheel before you install the first bolt.
